How much does delivery cost?

Standard (Australia Post) $9.95

Express (Australia Post) $14.95

How long does delivery take?

Standard (Australia Post) : 2-7 business days in Australia, but may be longer due to COVID-19.

What If I need something sooner?

Drive-By-Store Collection is available from the online store and via telephone orders.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Normally yes, but currently, due to COVID-19 the postie will ask and record the customer's name and acknowledge delivery in their system. If the recipient is not home, the order will be returned to the post office where the recipient will be required to collect it (without signing).

I'm sending my order as a gift. Will there be an invoice with prices in the order?

No. We we will only include the goods in the parcel.

Gift Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Complimentary (free) gift wrapping is available with all orders. Simply select the option at your shopping cart before you checkout. You also have the option to leave a message for the recipient.

Returns Policy for Online Purchases

If you change your mind or the clothing is the wrong size (where applicable), we will provide you with a refund, provided that:

  • we receive the goods back in our store within 30 days of dispatching them to you
  • products are unused and in resalable condition.

We do not accept returns for food products, gift cards or earrings.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returns are at the customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.


If you have any questions about returns please contact us with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return.

Defective, damaged or faulty goods 
It happens sometimes. Please take a photo and send it to, then call us to arrange a refund or replacement. 

Can I still purchase an item on lay-by?

Yes, by phone orders only. We'll be happy to keep an item for you on lay-by, as long as you pay at least 20% up front, make a payment every two weeks and pay it off within 6 weeks.

Can I drive to the store and pick up my order?

Yes. Simply select Pick up as the delivery method, when prompted from the checkout.

Can I pay when I arrive at the store?

No - payment must be made before hand.
